University of the Basque Country: EHU Master
Once a year, the University of the Basque Country, one of the most promising in the country, opens the doors to its master’s courses. For one week, students have the opportunity to get information and enroll for the next academic year. However, many potential students cannot attend in person. For this reason, we worked hand in hand with the University to offer an alternative: a virtual fair accessible from anywhere in the world.

A fair to discover how to transform your career and join the next generation of global leaders
Through our virtual events platform, we were able to bring courses closer to anyone interested. During the event, we offered live presentations and workshops classified by areas of knowledge. In addition, the different centers served as content repositories, showing rankings, videos, and much more. We opted for a mixed design with 3D renders to immerse attendees in a simulated auditorium.
The challenge we faced was the high volume of content and users at peak hours. However, thanks to the creation of a dashboard, the client was able to manage it easily, updating and creating new profiles. After the success of the event, a new generation of doctors, engineers, and more is being trained at the University of the Basque Country.
